I didn't Feel the pressure and sales tactics that you generally get from most dealers. The service is top notch, you get the sense the professionals working on your vehicle are exceptional. The one thing that I discovered most irritating was my designated service rep in the service department. Each time I would bring my car in for an oil change, he would hammer me on all the additional preventive maintenance I needed otherwise I'd be performing a large disservice to my automobile. Well, at $400 a whack it gets just a little annoying.
